New thresholds for presentation on INTRASTAT



A partire dal 01.01.2007 è entrata in vigore la nuova normativa riguardo la presentazione del modello INTRASTAT. Nuove soglie di merito :

Cessioni Intracomunitarie (INTRA 1)

  1. Fino a 40.000 Annuale
  2. Da 40.000 a 250.000 Trimestrale
  3. Oltre 250.000 Mensile

Acquisti Intracomunitari (INTRA 2)

  1. Fino a 180.000 Annuale
  2. Oltre 180.000 Mensile

Per calcolare l'importi di cui sopra si deve tenere account of exports to Romania and Bulgaria in 2006 .

  • Example: If a company has sold assets in the Community in 2006 for an amount of € 160,000 and exports to Romania and Bulgaria to € 100,000 per month to presentation. The same also applies to purchases.

OTHER NEWS ' IMPORTANT:

  • If a company that has models INTRATSTAT annual or quarterly during the year exceeds the threshold of merit becomes immediately or on a quarterly or monthly depending on the new threshold achieved with the' issue or the receipt of the last invoice. We remain

From 01/01/2007 new rules with the entry of Romania and Bulgaria EU member countries



Dal 1 Gennaio 2007 la Romania e la Bulgaria sono entrate a far parte dell'Unione europea. Da questa data le merci che provengono o che sono destinate verso questi Paesi non saranno più considerate importazioni o esportazioni, bensì come acquisti e cessioni intracomunitarie e pertanto ci sarà l'obbligo di presentazione del modello INTRASTAT .
